Moises De Souza of Water Warrior Plumbing is not only a great friend of ours but a genuinely amazing guy. He is the most generous person I know, freely giving up his time and resources to help those around him. In an apartment we moved into, our toilet was extremely old, and not reinstalled properly when the floors were redone from the previous renter. The toilet would rock back and forth and the flapper had to be readjusted after every flush. My husband and I decided we would just deal with it, as we didn’t have the funds to fix the toilet. Moises was at our home one day and saw the condition it was in. The very next day came to our door and surprised us with a brand new toilet free of charge. He installed it himself and removed/trashed the old one without us even asking. This is a man who genuinely cares about serving people and loves his job. We are so grateful for the kindness and care he showed us. If you are ever in doubt, go with the plumber that is always honest, always caring and always kind.
